Our 30 Day Yoga Challengeis just a few weeks away, July 10 - August 8, 2017, yogis and this year we have added Stand Up Paddleboard!!

Dive deeper into your yoga practice and your personal growth! Do this with a great group of yogis and teachers that are committing to doing the same. Commit to taking care of yourself through yoga at Yoga University of Florida & Altamonte Springs Yoga.
Here are the details: To successfully complete this Challenge (and qualify for prizes) yogis must complete 26 classes in 30 days.
You don't have to take a kick-your-asana Hot class every day during the challenge. You can take Yin (heated and nonheated), Hatha, Gentle/Restorative, Gentle Flow, Aerial, Paddleboard, or Yoga 101 class or take a couple if you are doubling up.
Students completing 26 classes in 30 Days will receive lots of yoga love (in the form of complimentary classes) for all their hard-work! Yogis completing: 26 classes - receive 2 classes 28 classes - receive 3 classes 30 classes - receive 4 classes 32 classes - receive 5 classes 34+ classes - receive 6 classes
The student attending the most classes, in addition to receiving complimentary yoga classes, will receive #AltamonteSpringsYoga and #YogaUniversity $$$ ($100) to use toward any purchase at the studio.
We have limited space in our Aerial Yoga classes so please preregister to secure your spot in the class.
STAND UP PADDLEBOARD is a separate fee and is NOT included in the 30 Day Unlimited Yoga Pass. Challengers taking Paddleboard class will receive 2 CLASSES toward their total class count.
We have set up a 30 Day Unlimited Pass for this challenge. This pass includes all classes (aerial, heated, and non-heated classes) EXCEPT KIDS YOGA AND PADDLEBOARD. The 30 Day Unlimited Yoga Pass is $90. Here's the link to register.
