90 Minute Warm Vinyasa Extended All Levels
This is the extended version of our Warm Vinyasa Yoga class. We take extra time warming up before flowing into the Standing Pose Series and transitioning to the floor. Each class features a physical focus, such as twists or backbends, and a spiritual focus, covering topics like Yoga Philosophy or Energy Medicine. Join us for a deeper, enriched practice!
