Deep Recovery: Yin, Mobility + Yoga Nidra

NEW Challenge-Only Class - Deep Recovery: Yin, Mobility + Yoga Nidra - A 60-minute Nervous System Reset with MyLinda


Created especially for our Yoga Challenge, this 60-minute class is designed to support recovery, nervous system regulation, and deep replenishment—while still keeping you engaged in your challenge commitment.


The first half of class blends yin yoga and mindful mobility, focusing on joint health, fascia hydration, and gentle, intelligent movement to release stored tension and improve ease of movement.


The second half of class is dedicated to Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practiced lying down that allows the body to fully rest while the mind enters a deeply restorative state.


This class is intentionally slower, grounding, and deeply nourishing—making it the perfect complement to stronger or heated practices during the challenge.


Schedule:
• Thursdays at 6:00 PM in the small studio
• Saturdays at 10:45 AM in the large studio

In addition to our heated and warm classes, we are intentionally adding more non-heated practices, including:

  • Gentle and therapeutic classes

These practices are designed to calm the nervous system, support healing and recovery, and create a welcoming space for students who prefer or require a non-heated environment.


This expansion reflects our commitment to offering a well-rounded yoga experience—one that honors strength and effort as well as rest, softness, and deep listening.


To support this expansion, we are converting our small studio into a dedicated non-heated space.

do I have to be a member to attend classes?

NO! We offer both memberships and Drop-In classes. We would love you to become a member of our yoga community. However, memberships may not work with your schedule. For your convenience, we also offer class packages.  

Sorry, NO FREEZES, NO REFUNDS, NO TRANSFERS, and NO EXTENSIONS.
