NEW Challenge-Only Class - Deep Recovery: Yin, Mobility + Yoga Nidra - A 60-minute Nervous System Reset with MyLinda
Created especially for our Yoga Challenge, this 60-minute class is designed to support recovery, nervous system regulation, and deep replenishment—while still keeping you engaged in your challenge commitment.
The first half of class blends yin yoga and mindful mobility, focusing on joint health, fascia hydration, and gentle, intelligent movement to release stored tension and improve ease of movement.
The second half of class is dedicated to Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practiced lying down that allows the body to fully rest while the mind enters a deeply restorative state.
This class is intentionally slower, grounding, and deeply nourishing—making it the perfect complement to stronger or heated practices during the challenge.
Schedule:
• Thursdays at 6:00 PM in the small studio
• Saturdays at 10:45 AM in the large studio
