Yoga Nidra (Sundays 6:00 PM) Guided by MyLinda
Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative, guided meditation practice designed to bring profound physical, emotional, and energetic healing. Students lie comfortably on their backs while being gently led through a sequence of body awareness, breathwork, and visualizations. This practice activates the parasympathetic nervous system—the body’s natural healing state—offering a powerful antidote to stress, anxiety, and fatigue.
This class is non-heated and takes place in our small studio. Space is limited, so we encourage early registration to ensure your spot.
Yoga Nidra is especially beneficial for those recovering from physical illness or emotional stress, and for anyone seeking deep regeneration, restorative rest, and holistic healing. With regular practice, it can improve mood, support immune function, reduce chronic pain, and promote emotional balance.

Beginner Heated Pilates – Tuesdays at 6:30 AM (June 1–30 only!)
Start your day strong with this energizing early morning class designed for beginners and those new to Pilates. Set in a gently heated room (85–90°F), this class combines core-focused movements with mindful breathing to help you build strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility—all while promoting a sense of calm and clarity.
You’ll learn proper alignment and foundational techniques in a supportive, non-intimidating environment. The warmth of the room enhances circulation, eases muscle tension, and supports safe movement as you work through low-impact exercises that target the core, glutes, and stabilizing muscles.
Led by Renee Mocerino, this special class is available only during our Summer 30 Day Yoga Challenge, June 1–30.

Bryan Kest's Orlando Power Yoga Workshop

Bryan Kest's Power Yoga Master Class (9:30a-12p) is a well rounded, flowing asana practice integrating spiritual practice that enhances everyday living. The class is designed to invigorate the body and develop a calm, less reactive state of mind while practicing dynamic, flowing sequences.
Bryan Kest's Long, Slow, Deep (LSD) (2p-4:30p)
This is truly an amazing routine!! It is by FAR the most difficult class Bryan teaches, yet we rarely leave the floor. The challenge of Long, Slow, Deep is mostly primarily mental but hang in there, be patient and keep breathing deeply and fluidly. This class is suited for students of all levels.
