do I have to be a member to attend classes?

NO! We offer both memberships and Drop-In classes. We would love you to become a member of our yoga community. However, memberships may not work with your schedule. For your convenience, we also offer class packages.

You asked for more Early Morning Yoga and here it is! THURSDAY Early Morning Warm Flow with Marlon begins in April 20th!

Thursday EARLY MORNING 4 Week Series

Join us for an invigorating early morning warm yoga practice. Greet the morning sun and usher in the beginning of a new day with our wonderful early morning yoga community. This one-hour, all-levels class meets  Thursdays from 6:30a-7:30a and consists of a flowing practice designed  to build strength, balance, and flexibility.

Come energize your body, settle your mind, and find your breath. It's the perfect way to start your day.

  • Dates - Thursday April 20th and 27th, May 4th and 11th. 
  • Time - 6:30a-7:30a
  • Instructor - Marlon Miller
  • Price - $40 for the series ($10 per class)

Friday morning gentle flow is back!

Daytime Gentle Flow with Renee is back!! This NON-HEATED class is designed to bring awareness into the mind and body by focusing on breath and alignment. One translation of the Sanskrit word Hatha means sun-moon, so through this practice, you will learn to find balance – not just standing on one leg, but discovering that sense of equilibrium in the body and mind, the balance between effort and surrender in each posture. This class is a great place to build foundations for your practice.
