We're thrilled to announce new classes and a few changes to our schedule to keep your practice fresh and inspired this winter!

Tuesday 7 PM: Hot Flow with our amazing new teacher, Ross!

Hot, Slow, Deep
Heat, movement, and stillness combine to create the ultimate release in this unique class experience. Set in a room heated to 95-100 degrees, Hot, Slow, Deep begins with fluid, multipoint movements designed to gently warm your body, hydrate your joints, and encourage ease of motion. Moving mindfully, we’ll flow through standing poses, taking our time as we transition from one pose to the next, allowing you to fully experience each moment and movement.
As the class progresses, you’ll explore mobility exercises and soothing Yin poses to target deep layers of stress and tension, promoting a sense of profound relaxation and openness.
