Course Overview:
This class is open to Altamonte Springs Yoga and Yoga University students. Join us for Energy Medicine 1, the first course in our Energy Medicine series. This 8-month introductory program meets once a month and provides a hands-on experience in understanding and working with energy for healing and transformation. We will explore meditation, chakras, energy channels, pranayama, yoga philosophy, and more. Through experiential learning, you will develop practical tools to clear, balance, and refine your energy, enhancing your overall well-being and spiritual growth.

WARM YOGA All Levels Warm Yoga is an invigorating Yoga Class that stretches the body, mind, and spirit while toning the muscles, increasing range of motion of the joints, and de-bloating the body by releasing toxins through breathing and sweating.
