Cancellation policy

Please note that the minimum cancellation time is 2 hours before the class starts. If you miss this cancellation window, you will be charged for the missed class. Space in our studio is limited, making each spot in class valuable. If you cannot attend, **please cancel your reservation as soon as possible** to allow others the opportunity to join.

We understand that emergencies happen, and sometimes you may need to miss a class you’ve preregistered for. We offer a "free pass" on up to 2 missed classes. However, after 2 "no-show" instances, your preregistration privileges will be suspended.
